Today is the one-year anniversary of the opening of Bake It Pretty! It snuck up on me so fast, I hardly know what to think!  The shop is very different now compared to it’s humble beginnings, and Mike and I are so grateful for the wonderful customers, fantastic new employees, and surprising press opportunities that we have been blessed with throughout our first year.  A million times, THANK YOU, to each and every person who has visited our little corner of the interwebs, did some shopping, left a comment, or just took the time to say “hello.”  Our first year has been everything any good “first” should be: shaky at times, full of learning experiences, and pretty darn amazing.  Am I excited about launching into year number two? You better believe it.

I really was not prepared at all for today, it was sort of a shock when my Microsoft calender alert popped up the message that today was, in fact, the anniversary!  I definitely feel the distinct need to celebrate – so let’s do a giveaway!  I’ve just put together these new cupcake baking kits in time for the holidays…
