Pantone has announced the color of year for 2010 – and it’s a glorious shade of turquoise!  What does this mean?  Nothing, really.  Just that blue is pretty, and now we have an excuse to make use of it even more.  It’s not particularly a color that you see often naturally in food, not that that’s going to stop us!  Sprinkles, frosting, candies, and cookies – bring on the blue.
