
How do I purchase items from this website? Is there a minimum order requirement?
Shopping with us is easy! Use the "order" buttons to add items to your cart, then follow the instructions to calculate shipping charges and complete payment. We accept major credit cards, as well as Paypal Express payments. Checkout is safe and secure, and your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Read our Privacy Policy for more details. In order to offer affordable prices on your favorite items, there is a modest $5.00 minimum requirement per order, before shipping charges. At this time, we do not accept personal checks or money orders. Regrettably, we are unable to take phone orders at this time. All orders must be placed through our website.
What are your shipping policies? When will my package to arrive?
All US orders are shipped via USPS Mail from our headquarters in Asheville, North Carolina. USPS mail delivers Monday through Saturday, excluding Federal holidays. Deliveries to PO boxes and APO/FPO boxes are acceptable. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination, and are generated by real time USPS quotes. We do not charge handling fees. Orders shipped within the great state of North Carolina will include 7.75% sales tax
PRIORITY MAIL ..... Current processing time of 2-3 business days plus an average of 2-3 business days in transit. *Please do not include Sundays or Holidays when calculating when your package will arrive.
EXPRESS MAIL ...... Express Mail orders are shipped same-day if placed before 1pm EST, next day if placed after 1pm EST. Packages are guaranteed to arrive 1 to 2 business days from shipment date. *Please be aware of time zone differences, and do not include Sundays or Holidays when calculating when your package will arrive.
* Tracking and insurance are included with all US orders.
* Please be sure the shipping address entered is correct. Packages returned to us by USPS and marked "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" due to customer error will not be re-shipped. In these cases the original purchase price, less any shipping charges, will be promptly refunded.
* Lost or missing packages, though rare, will need to be reported and investigated through USPS and before a refund can be processed. We can not re-ship orders due to USPS loss or theft.
Do you offer International Shipping?

International shipping rates begin at about $20 and are calculated by weight and location. We do not charge handling fees. *Unfortunately we no longer offer First Class shipping options - our apologies for any inconvenience.

How will my items be wrapped? What about returns or exchanges?
Your goodies will arrive attractively packaged in a recyclable bag, sealed with a Bake It Pretty sticker. We strive to be mindful of the environment and use only recycled and reused packing/filler materials whenever possible. Some items, including many of our baking cups, are not individually packaged and will be grouped together to save space and packing materials (one way we help ensure reasonable prices on your favorite items!) Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order if your shipment is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, and we will make it right. Missing, incorrect or damaged items will be replaced promptly at our expense.
Of course we hope you will love everything you order from Bake It Pretty. But if for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us for authorization and instructions on how to return or exchange products. *Keep in mind: we cannot accept returns or refunds on edible/perishable items. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
When will items marked as "sold" be restocked? Can I pre-order?
Most items marked as "sold" are temporarily sold out, and will be replenished in 1-2 weeks (unless otherwise noted.) We are making every effort to keep your favorite items stocked! Bake it Pretty works with numerous vendors from all over the world to offer a unique and special collection of products. Some of our hard-to-find goodies are exclusive to Bake It Pretty, and many of our kits and assortments are designed and hand-assembled by us. We like to think makes them special, but it also means stock is often limited. We appreciate your patience.
We do not take pre orders at this time. If you'd like to be notified when an item is back in stock, please send us an email inquiry and we'll do our best to alert you when new stock arrives.
Can I add items to an order that has already been completed? Will you add out of stock items to my order if/when they become available?
Before placing your order, please make sure that you have included everything you need as we cannot add additional items once the order has been completed. Since payment information is collected through a third party processor, we do not have access to your card details and therefore cannot easily charge you for additional items, services, etc. If you have forgotten something, a new order will have to be placed. We cannot hold orders for out of stock items.
Can I purchase your products in bulk/wholesale?
Bake It Pretty is a retail-only establishment, and we do not offer bulk lots or wholesale discounts. It is also our policy not to give out our supplier/wholesaler information and resources. But, please do visit the Bake It Pretty Blog, where we are often sharing ideas, tutorials, recipes and more!
Will you mail me a printed catalog?
Since we are still a brand new company, we do not yet have a printed catalog. Hopefully this is something we can offer in the coming years, but really, visiting our website will always be the best way to see all of the exciting, new goods we have to offer!
Where can I find Coupons or Discount codes?
We randomly issue discounts and surprise coupons through our newsletter, blog, and twitter account. Signing up for these services is completely voluntary, and a great way to be informed of new products, specials, sales, and baking inspiration.
