All new baking cups with unique, smooth sides and a dainty scalloped edge.  These cups feature tiny, white polka dots atop a bright, blue background.  No need for a muffin pan, simply place these cups on a cookie sheet, fill with batter, and bake normally.

*Helpful Hint:  These cups hold their color/pattern fairly well after baking, but the batter color will show through a little.  For a picture-perfect presentation we recommend pre-baking your cupcakes in plain liners, and placing them inside the decorative liners.  Then frost, decorate, and you're done!
