This royal icing mix is perfect to use to make stiff, traditional icing for decorating gingerbread houses, cookies, cakes and more.  Dries to a very hard finish - perfect for flowers, dots and small details.  (Not suitable for frosting cupcakes.)  Just add water and food coloring, if needed. What could be easier?

Each 1lb package will make about 2 1/2 cups of royal Icing.
